“First of all I would like to thank ModAuto for the great work and service you offer. Most importantly to Jurrian the sales rep. One of my led bulbs went out on my E90, So I called to place an order on just one. I don’t know how this happen but Jurrian said if it was OK to send a replacement for free just pay shipping. Free? For some reason I felt it was too good to be true, so (I wish I didn’t) had to ask why? With all honesty reason is because they wanted to make customers happy.
